Week Fifty-One: 12/15-12/21

Week 51: Getting closer to Christmas! And we had lots of celebrations this week. The boys last day of school was Friday and now they're on Christmas break.....wish I was too!

Monday morning we woke up to Elfie Underwear Shenanigans. Thankfully the rest of Monday was uneventful and we had a little break!
Tuesday Minion Brothers. They love their shirts from Grandma & Grandpa N.
Tuesday night was Eli's last basketball practice. One of his coaches won't be there for the last game so they had some team recognitions after practice. Eli was "Most Likely to be Open". He hustles while he's out there trying to be open for the ball. Too bad his teammates can't always see him - short people problems! =)
Eli and his coaches
Wednesday morning I did a swim and then after work, picked up these beauties from the New Balance store. Excited to take them out for a run!
Thursday was the Class Craft in Eli's classroom. I'm so glad I can do things like this with the boys in school. We love their school community!
Gingerbread Pirates!
Thursday we found these. Elfie Jim thinks quite highly of himself - Mr. Photogenic.
Friday morning we woke up to Elfie Jim trying the Elf version of American Ninja Warrior's Metal Spin obstacle. I think he's been watching American Ninja Warrior while we've been at work and school!
Friday, I also took a PDO day to get a long run in (10 miles at Umstead!!) and then go to Cole's class for his Holiday Party. They had lots of fun making crafts (this is snowball shooter) and eating yummy snacks.
Candy Cane Reindeer. I still can't figure out how Cole got to be so cute!!
Cole and his teacher, Mrs. Weldon. Today was actually her last day so Cole will get a new teacher in January. Hopefully the transition will be ok for all the kids.
A Friday afternoon Christmas purchase for the boys - I may be regretting this!
Friday night we made some cookies to take to Grandma's house. The beater blade is ALWAYS the best part!

Woke up Saturday morning to a TP'd tree. Thank you Elfie.
Love this cute picture of Cole during the basketball game.

Saturday night family Christmas - get ready for the present madness! These are some of my favorite pictures from being at the Farm.
Dinosaur R-O-A-R!!!
The cousins - five boys, Eli's the oldest at 7 years old!

We found Elfie Jim like this when we got home.
