We had such a fun time at Monster Jam again this year. We didn't do the Pit Party before the show (Mommy didn't buy tickets for the pit party before they sold out.) but it ended up working out great. We enjoyed the show and were able to spend time with Uncle Billy & Aunt Niki before and after the show without it taking up the entire day. The boys were excited to go and I think Billy & Niki were too!
The show was like the others we've been to. Six trucks, wheelie competition, racing and freestyle. In between events, we got to see Quad Wars and the "Sphere of Fear". No trucks flipped over this time but it is always fun for our family. As the boys are getting older, it's fun to watch them really get into it and cheer for their favorite trucks or when a truck does something really cool. However, also as they're getting older, we end up saying "no" a lot to "I want this" or "I want that". I will say, they got some splurges this time courtesy of Billy & Niki.
It was another fun family day and I'm sure there will be many more Monster Jams in our future! I've got to get back on planning our trip to Digger Dungeon. The boys will love that!

They rode motorcycles in there. First one, then two, then one with a person standing in the middle, with fire going, then with three. It was a father and his two kids. Amazing skills!
